Tackling Education Inequality

Lexington Learning was founded on the principle that everyone has a universal right to a good education regardless of gender, socio-economic status or geographic location. The Coronavirus pandemic has further highlighted the growing educational inequality both in the UK and in the developing world. Our mission is to create an inclusive learning environment and enrich the lives of disadvantaged students by providing access to qualified and experienced teachers, excellent learning resources and technologies.

Millions of school children do not have access to the Internet, a laptop, desktop or a tablet. Digital exclusion can lead to less access to education and jobs and is also economically and socially isolating. The Pandemic has accelerated the use of learning technologies in schools but has also widened the gap between disadvantaged students and non - disadvantaged students. Research has shown there is a link between access and educational achievement.

Lexington Learning will be supporting several initiatives both in the UK and in Africa to increase attainment and access for the most disadvantaged young people. Please keep up-to-date with our work by following our social media pages and reading our blog.

Coaching & Mentoring

Lexington Learning has experienced teachers that enjoy sharing their knowledge. Our founder has worked with several trainee and experienced teachers and has developed a mentoring programme that will help both newly qualified and experienced teachers improve engagement in the classroom and reinvigorate their passion and commitment for teaching.
